Ted Kuster: Vice Chair of the Board

Ted Kuster, the son of a preacher man, grew up singing all four harmony lines from the Lutheran Hymnbook. He is proud to have hosted the kitchen table meeting where the idea for Bluegrass Pride was first thought up. He is into building musical communities that center the voices of historically oppressed and marginalized people. He spends a lot of time bringing bluegrass to outsider audiences in disability centers and assisted living facilities. By day, he writes software documentation.
