Ethan Charles: Board Member

Ethan Charles (he/him), Pennsylvania native and Belmont University graduate, has worked at the International Bluegrass Music Association (IBMA) since 2017. After starting as an intern, he was hired full-time as Operations Specialist before working his way up to his current role as Events Director. Ethan is passionate about creating elevated event experiences with a focus on environmental sustainability and community inclusiveness. Outside of his professional life, he is an avid gamer, gardener, and flautist.
